I'm a native educated American English speaker and regardless of how slow, clear, and exaggeratedly-enunciated I speak, it tells me I need more practice. My foreign spouse stands no chance at ever speaking good enough for this CD. Also, the scenario questions/answers are confusing, so you spend more time guessing "What is the CD thinking?" than actually learning English. Some of the positive reviews here sound more like plants than honest reviews.

Bought it for a friend which before knew few English words. As times progressed, he really got better at speaking English. So this software does really help. I would definitively recommend it.
